Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • 2-car driveway and street parking available.

  • Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.

  • Pool heat is $125/night, and Spa heat is $75/night. Pool or spa heat is only available for the full duration of your stay. We require 5 days' notice from check-in if wanting to add this amenity to your stay.
  • Air Mattresses: 1 complimentary, $50 for 1 additional.

  • The property includes towels, bed linens, climate control, hair dryer, high-speed internet, dishwasher, toaster, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, cooking basics, basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, BBQ grill, garden, heated and private pool, hot tub, TV, laundry basics, and onsite concierge.
